We offer taonga restringing services IN STORE ONLY.

We do not accept taonga sent in the post to our store. 

If you purchased your Pounamu from Pounamu Queensland, we can offer a free service (if within a specific time frame). 

Restring of a Taonga starts at $40 for a simple plaited adjustable necklace. We do not use machined plaited cord.

Toki Restrings start at $50.00.

Restrings are done in store, between 10am and 1pm Tuesday to Saturday. Please note this can take up to 1 hour as our store gets busy. Please plan for this. Sometimes restringing cant be completed on the day and you may have to leave your taonga with us to collect or have posted to you (at your expense). 

Please note we are under no obligation to restring a taonga that was not purchased or made by us. We advise to contact the place where you purchased your taonga, in the first instance, to have it restrung.

We DO  NOT fix broken pounamu.
