Mini Totoweka Toki
Totoweka Pounamu is a distinctive variety of New Zealand Pounamu (nephrite jade) distinguished by its deep green color with red-brown streaks and spots. The name "Totoweka" translates to "blood of the weka," referring to the red markings that resemble the blood of the native New Zealand bush hen. It's a rare and highly valued stone. This carving has been all handmade and carved by Dion, from block to taonga, using 100% Authentic Aotearoa Pounamu.
This Toki measures approximately 3.5cm x 1.5cm. Strung on black coloured cord, plaited and fully adjustable. We do not use machine plaited cord, our necklace is all handmade by us.
This is a small taonga perfect for tamariki or a first Pounamu.
Comes packaged in black keepsake box making it perfect for gifting or safe keeping.
